Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request and, where appropriate, to prepare an engagement proposal (legitimate interests and steps prior to contract). Essential cookies support site security and consent storage. Analytics cookies run only with consent.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a signed engagement requires longer retention under professional standards. Analytics data, when collected, is retained according to the analytics provider’s configured window, typically 14 months or less.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with IT hosting providers under processing instructions, with professional advisers when legally required, or with authorities when compelled by Taiwan law. Group auditor liaison occurs only under a signed engagement and related confidentiality terms.
