Fees

Fees that follow the ledger

We price engagements after we understand entity complexity, locations, and how ready the close package usually is. Exact fees are quotes, not catalog stickers.

Statutory financial statement audit From NT$180,000

Single-entity audits with one primary location and a prior-year file typically start in this range. First-year audits, multi-warehouse inventory, or significant related-party webs are priced higher after scoping.

Interim review From NT$75,000

Limited assurance between year-ends. Fee depends on whether analytical procedures alone suffice or whether selective testing is required by the reader of the report.

Internal control assessment From NT$60,000

Priced per process cycle (cash, inventory, or close). A three-cycle package is quoted as a bundle when you want one memo covering all three.

Group reporting support Quote / cycle retainer

Often structured around the parent reporting calendar rather than a single flat fee. Send last year’s pack and the timetable for a concrete proposal.

## What moves a quote up or down - Number of legal entities and bank accounts - Inventory significance and count locations - Quality of prior-year working papers (or their absence) - Need for bilingual reports or group auditor liaison - Peak-season timing around March and April ## What we do not do on this page We do not sell monthly software subscriptions or tiered “Starter / Professional / Enterprise” packages. Fees buy professional auditing time, review, and a report under agreed terms. ## Deposits and timing A portion of the fee is typically invoiced at kickoff, with the balance due before opinion issuance. Details appear in the engagement letter. For refund and cancellation rules, see the [refund policy](/refund/).
